2. SUMMARY
The Black Mamas Bail-out is the program that was coordinated, a month long effort
grassroot group called the Southerners Of The New Ground. Impacted the women
of color and LGBTQ. Dorothy Hinton-Adams is one of the few 60 women across the
south that was freed “Black Mamas Bail-Out”.

3. THE FIGHT
• The article is fighting for the individuals that can’t afford their bonds and
inappropriately held in a jail cell not being able to afford their bond and even so
mistaken for a crime.

5. SOLUTION
• My solution to this problem would be to
start a protest and build a donation platform.
To fund and build a platform to decrease the
number of low-income individuals that are in
the prison system and sit due to the fact they
can’t afford their bail.
