2. I N T R O D U C T I O N
For me the desire to work in an open creative environment where the daily contact with colleagues on all levels is essential. Hereby the working space and atmosphere becomes an integrated dynamic
muscle in giving life to “ living “ architecture.
Since my graduation I have been breathing global architecture on a daily basis.
Work wise I will be able to contribute in the process of creating an architecture, that integrates it self with it´s surroundings as well as the people who uses it.
During my career in Dubai ( United Arab Emirates ) I have been part of an international team, where Indians, Germans, Philipinos, Dutch, British and Danes have interacted with one another to produce
projects of different sizes in different corners of the world.
I possess the ability to work in a structured manner in groups as well as independantly, all depending on the assignment.
With my 7 years of studying, a masters degree from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen and my working experience in Denmark and in the UAE, I will undoubtly provide your com-
pany profile with an employee with great assets.
My posetive energy and will to communicate through my skills and structured working methods, will help generate projects of high quality with an international touch.

Ravnsbjerggårdsvej i Fredensborg
Projektet forventes realiseret på en grund beliggende i udkanten af Fredensborg i Nordsjælland. Grundens matrikel nummer
er 10cc Asminderød by, Asminderød. Grunden ligger i et blandet boligområde med nyere tæt-lav bebyggelser i 1, 1½ og 2 plan
samt fritliggende parcelhuse i den østlige del af området. Adgang til grunden sker via Ravnsbjerggårdsvej, som er en sidevej
Ravnsbjerggårdsvej i Fredensborg
til Lystholm. Ved Lystholm ligger Lystholm Plejecenter og syd for Lystholm afgrænses byzonen af Humlebækvej, der definerer
grænsen til åbent land og skov.
Grundarealet er på 8.977m². Terrænet er primært fladt og fri for byggemateriel. I grundens nordvestlige del danner terrænet
en vold, som muligvis er restjord fra de omkringliggende bebyggelser. Ved byggestart skal jordvolden planeres ud, idet der skal
anlægges et parkeringsareal her.
Gældende lokalplan for området er ’Lokalplan F31, for boligområdet syd for Lillevangsvej i Fredensborg’. Grunden er beliggende
