Global Water Development Partners (GWDP) – PEMEX Produced Water Management Project
Project Engineering Manager: Cantarell, Mexico
GWDP project proposes is to develop an new stand-alone two deck offshore produced water treatment
facility (AKAL-CD) in the Cantarell Field, Mexico at the Akal-C platform to handle approx.600 (kBPD) total
produced fluids 80/ 20 Percent Oil/ Water cut. The water treatment facility is designed as a modular design
(net Dry 522 tons Wet 900 tons) and will placed on a 8 pile jacket with two bridges; first 100m long to
tieback to an existing PEMEX platform and an flare bridge approx. 75m with bridge support. All modular
units will be able to be lifted and placed by cranes on a large semi-sub lift vessel. Second part of the
project are two subsea tie-back’s one 12” and 18” and two subsea tie-in’s.
Ophir Holdings Limited - Ophir Block R FLNG Owners Engineers Management Team - FLNG
Topside Engineering Manager; Equatorial Guinea, West Africa
Ophir FLNG Project for Block R is located offshore Equatorial Guinea (EG) approx.140km off the Coast of
Bioko Island and in a water depth approx. 1500m. The Ophir Project is a six year, 6-7 billion US$ with 20
well phased development contracts engaged in LNG, floating systems with 3 liquefaction units, turret
mounted risers, and subsea gas gathering system (SURF and SPS) developments that will extraction and
monetization of approx. 2.6-3.6 TCF of gas from Block R Offshore topsides packages, drilling
subcontractor, living quarters coordinating, conceptual development/studies, screening studies, feasibility
studies, and detail design to fabrication to startup.

Managing WorleyParsons/ BP’s engineering team, Co-ordination of Engineering Activities, Greenfield and
Brownfield upgrades to three BP offshore platforms topsides: Amherstia B, Cassia B and Mahogany B
Platforms and the replacement of 12-inch offshore liquids pipeline approx. 98 km long from Mahogany B
platform to Galeota Point Terminal. The group of project is to implement a long term solution to mitigate
the current business and environmental risk posed by the deteriorating 12-inch offshore liquid line to
evaluating pressure system fitness for service and establishes a baseline for brownfield modifications for
the platform upgrades that are needed.

Brownfield Projects, Topside Integrity Engineering & Mod's and Engineering Coordinating – WP
Sr. Project Manager
Manage Engineering team, Co-ordination of Engineering Actives, NDT teams and Brownfield upgrades to
the Thunderhorse asset for the WorleyParsons engineering team. Coordinating 3rd party engineering
actives groups namely with Mustang Engineering and Technip that were evaluating HPU pressure systems
fitness for service.
ExxonMobil – Sakhalin -1; Arkutun-Dagi Field Development Project
Drilling & Living Quarters Coordinating Engineering Manager – Coordination of engineering actives
for the drilling subcontractor Parker Drilling & Rubin - Russian Design Institute (Design Bureau of Marine
Engineering) of the living quarters, coordination with package mangers, drilling equipment vendors, DSME
LQ builder, RDI co-ordinations and 3rd party engineering groups for resources & project scheduling.
Agip KCO – Kashagan Development Experimental Project.
Sr. Project Manager/ Engineering Manager
Worked with this 70 k offshore in the Caspian Sea in 12 m of water, 28% of H2S gas field, and 8,000 psig
reinjection pressure. Performed project engineering, design, and workshare. Managed the 1.5 mile long
piperack, including 14 modules built in Kazakhstan/Russia/Caspian Sea area of Kazakhstan. Transported
to site on barges fully stuffed with piping, electrical, and instruments, and controls. Worked with weight of
pipe rack modules are 2,200 metric tons each.
Chevron – Rosebank/ Lochnagar Field Development Engineering Evaluations
Topside Project Manager
This project was awarded on a $US 10.7 million (Not to Exceed) cost basis, with WorleyParsons – Houston
Offices. The Rosebank North Field Development; located in the West of Shetlands lands located in
approximately 3700ft (1130 meters) water depth with a fairly flay bottom in general which is about 12—15
km north of the center of the Rosebank field (Chevron) and the Cambo field (Hess) which is about 40 km
South-South- West of Rosebank.
Primary responsibilities included: Potential for tieback of two nearby fields, engineering evaluations of
various facility alternatives, evaluations sizing confirmations, cost estimates, schedules, risk assessment,
case relative evaluations and technologies value creating opportunities.

For KG-D-6 Field, East Cost of India. Converted a Suez Max Trading Tanker w/Mooring Tower, including
1.1 mmb Storage, 60,000 bopd, 70,000 bwpd, and 500 mscfd gas topside package for 1,200 m water.
Performed detail design project review active for long-term production system, FPSO.
2005 - 2006 FPSO Project Manager, MODEC, LLC., Houston, TX
Managed the development of proposals to assist in FPSO bid packages from engineering through
fabrication to startup. Supported ongoing projects engineering, mechanical completion, and handover
requirements. Served as a Workshare Coordinator with the Tokyo Engineering Office and Triune
Engineering in New Delhi, India for topside engineering design.
2001 - 2005 Project Manager, Fluor - Offshore Services Division, Houston, TX

pump packages, integrity offshore topside engineering, corrosion & inspection management on offshore
topsides projects, offloading systems (LACT units), and compressor packages/compressor stations
interface management. Served as the Office Work-share Coordinator and Interface Manager within the
corporation. Worked on the following projects:
ConocoPhillips – Bohai Bay Phase II, FPSO Project, 1.25 mmb Storage,
Bohai Bay, China. Served as a Sr. Project Engineer for topside development and wellhead
platform "B" design and layout. Worked with new build hull, topsides, and soft yoke mooring,
with mooring tower and three wellhead platforms.
ExxonMobil - Sakhalin 1 Project, Chayvo OPF Project, 39 New Build Oil
Separation and Stabilization and Gas Compression Export Models. Served as an
Interface Manager/Engineering Team Manager. Built models by HHI shipbuilding yard and
transported them to Sakhalin Island on barges, with piping, electrical, instruments/controls,
and 1.25 mmb onshore oil storage.
ChevronTexaco – Worked on the Baja Ports Project and Liquefied Natural
Gas (LNG) Terminals Project, Gulf of California for ChevronTexaco and the Ports Projects,
which were self-contained Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) at an Import and Gasification Facility
in Gulf of Mexico (Vermilion Block 140), 52 miles off the cost of LA. Partnered between Fluor,
Aker Kvaerner-Houston, Aker Kvaerner-Oslo, Black & Veatch, and Sandwell to design and
build two 64 m (wide) x 152 m (long) x 65 m (tall) LNG Gravity Based Structure (GBS) storage
tanks to hold 400,000 M3 of LNG. Gasified the LNG and exported to shore via 42" subsea
pipeline at 2.0 BCFD of gas per day. Served as a Project Manager and Interface Manager
responsible for execution of engineering and field construction coordination between all project
partners on the projects.
ChevronTexaco – Port Pelican / Baja LNG Terminals Program
The program was a series of offshore LNG offloading, storage and re-gasification terminals
designed to allow monetization and delivery to market of a worldwide natural gas resource.
Our scope was management, topsides, pipelines, engineering, procurement and construction
management all using gravity based storage structures.
Woodside Energy – Enfield, FPSO Project, 1.0 mmb Storage, Perth,
Western Australia. Worked on new build hull and detachable SBM and topsides. Served as
a Project Engineer for topside development and Project Interface Manager for the complete
project.
ExxonMobil (Esso) – Kizomba FPSO "A" Project, Block 15, 2.2 mmb
storage, Angola. Worked on this new build hull and topsides. Served on the project
management team supporting topside design and development of the complete project.
ExxonMobil (Esso) – Kizomba FPSO "B" Project, Block 15, 2.2 mmb
storage, Angola. Worked on this new build hull and topsides. Served on the project
management team for proposals and transition team supporting from "A" to "B” at the Houston
office.
2000 - 2001 Project Manager, Kaldair Incorporated
Managed the flare systems design and fabrication to meet industrial standards used on upstream
projects to meet new industrial environmental standers. Procured specialty equipment and ANSI
code interpretations for Application Engineering Staff.

Managed field engineering of $70 million turnaround to AVU-146, heavy crude oil unit. Established

conversion into Mobile Offshore Production Systems (MOPS), production modules, processing
