Preview Mobile Version of Book a Room
In the PowerApps client editor, edit Book a Room in Production environment and View | Data Sources
Run the app
Book a room for the current meeting
Show the Outlook Invite and point out the location changed.
In the PowerApps client editor, open Get Onboard in the Production environment and show the AddAppAdminsScreen.
Show the people picker, describe where the data goes and how it is used.
Switch to welcome screen and play the app.
Show the edit buttons.
Outlook Tasks used to manage data on a per user basis.
Outlook Folders used to group Tasks.
Presence of Outlook Tasks Folder used to control 1-time ToolTip shown when app opens.
Integration with Office 365 profile.
Ability for admins to edit data in the app (like CMS in a PowerApp).
Clever techniques used for caching to increase performance.
On demand loading to ensure Graph API throttle limits are not exceeded.
This app reads data from SharePoint.
This app also demonstrates how to implement the camera, and sketch controls.

Change to Demo environment.
