2. What is the water crisis? The water crisis is about the problem of not having enough water to go around. Not many people have fresh water to drink in fact one fifth of the people on earth have no clean water at all! The worlds population have tripled in the 20th century within the next 50 years or so its going to increase by another 40% ! Imagine how much people aren’t going to have water to drink then! Water Is Life!

3. Why is it happening? Is it because of us forgetting to close the tapes ? Not quite, its also because factories and people throw their waste into lakes. Why would they do that? People waste and pollute water without realizing it. Did you know that the ordinary amount a person uses to water their garden is around 540 litres! Some don’t even get a single drop of water imagine how much lives could be saved by 540 litres of water!

4. What can we do? That doesn’t mean stop brushing your teeth or don’t take a shower. Stopping the water crisis means fixing leaks replacing inefficient toilet seats, dishwashers, showerheads and washing machines. Or turning off the tap while brushing your teeth or when people are doing the dishes which saves 3-5 gallons per minute and any other way to stop using too much! Its these little things that make a big difference.
