By collaboratively engaging in a
series of visual exercises and tools,
person-to-person interviews and
group work, we dig deep to uncover
and find the real problems aﬀecting
your organizations’ performance not the peripheral mumbo-jumbo.

By collectively and collaboratively
discussing, debating, mapping and
agreeing on the variables aﬀecting
