My principal interest is in organisational learning and strategic process, and the link between individual actions and larger organisational patterns of behaviour. I have applied this approach in consulting engagements with the South Australia Department of Health, the Australian Government Solicitor and Telstra, to name some. Specialties: The use of the principles of action science, system dynamics, organisational learning for team building, strategy formulation, evaluation, and issues of implementation
