Amway is the world’s largest direct selling businesses network that
operates in 80 countries and connects more than 3 million
Independent Business Owners (IBO).
IBO-s can buy consumer products (more than 50 000 types) from
Amway with reduced price.
If the old IBO finds a new customer, a little share of the new
member’s future turnover (bonus) belongs to the „finder“ or
„founder“. Thus, IBO-s have a clear compensation plan.
The regular work of IBO is about motivating and instructing people
how to find and buy goods from web, distributing information,
explaining and supporting other IBO-s.

IBO-s can buy consumer products (more than 50 000 types) from Amway with reduced price. If the old IBO finds a new customer, a little share of the new member’s future turnover (bonus) belongs to the „finder“ or „founder“. Thus, IBO-s have a clear compensation plan. The regular work of IBO is about motivating and instructing people how to find and buy goods from web, distributing information, explaining and supporting other IBO-s.
