- Avanade è un’azienda nata nel 2000 dalla join venture tra microsoft ed Accenture ed è il principale Technology Integrator nello sviluppo di soluzioni basati su tecnologia Microsoft. Avanade è quindi un’azienda specializzata su tecnologie microsoft che eredita da microsoft ed accenture i punti di forza quali, ad esempio, lo sviluppo di soluzioni tramite l’utilizzo di prodotti all’avanguardia creando dei valori aggiunti sia per i clienti che per i propri dipendenti che hanno, così, la possibilità di conoscere nuove tecnologie.

- Il digital business è lo sfruttamento delle tecnologie volte a creare nuovi prodotti e servizi che sono basati sull’interconnessioni di sistemi , devices , persone , social e big data
- L’inteconnesione di questi sistemi ha un effetto di amplificazione, la possibilità di avere dispositivi ovunque ha spinto milioni di persone ad unirsi alla rete tramite dispositivi portabili e facili da usare che accedono a svariati servizi che hanno la necessità di essere veloci , replicabili e affidabili ecco perchè il cloud diventa il naturale «sistema operativo sui cui farli girare». Si ha un notevole abbattimento dei costi e dei tempi sulle analisi dei grande dati che provengono da svariate forme come quelle social.
- Il cloud deve essere visto come un estensione delle attuale tecnologie , un rimedio alla scarisità, debolezza e l’indeguatezza delle infrastrutture on-premise, non pensate di poter sostituire l’infrastruttura onpremise totalmente, sicuramente non oggi forse domani.
- Piccole considerazioni sul mobile, siamo circondati da dispositivi mobili, laptop, phone , embebed device che sono diventati i principali consumer attraverso diverse modalità , Anytime , Anyplace , Anywhere. - L’importante non è usare il cloud ma come usarlo , noi crediamo che l’ottimizzazione delle attuali infrastrutturi onpremise tramite il cloud sia una vista e impensabile concepire un mondo solo cloud o solo onpremise, noi crediamo in una via di mezzo. Microsoft attraverso il suo cloud cerca di offrire una features in grado di poter migrare in maniera rapida ed efficiente solo alcuni componenti di un intera infrastruttura onpremise lasciando cosi libera la strada all’ibrido.
- Sostenibilità Ambientale, Efficenza di Costi, Globalizzazione , Utilizzo di Piattaforme comune per un accesso globale, miglior controllo dei processi e dei costi , SLA-> service level agreement, scalabilità
- Benefici per la sostenibilità dei servici , con costi ridotti sia per applicazioni con carico fixed o carico variabile.
- Il passaggio al cloud da un infrastruttura onpremise è come un trasloco e ci sono due modi per farlo : fatto bene o fatto male. Per farlo bene ci sono diversi steps da seguire e analizzare, sicuramente un analisi di tecnica dei sistemi a valle della quale parte un analisi delle possibile problematiche di policy , leggi per data privacy o per la tipologia di servizio che si vuole svolgere ad esempio un ente pubblico, si passa poi a definire quale sarà il processo di governace della nuova struttura, contratti, data ownership e cosi , dopo di che arriva il nodo della sicurezza da rivoluzionare o semplicemente utilizzare la stessa ma questa scelta dipende anche molto dalla tipologia delle cloud vendor che scegliete, dopo di che si tira giù un piano di azione con costi e benefici. Dobbiamo avere una visione più ampia di quella tecnica per raggiungere poi degli ottimi risulti
- Per Governance intediamo la capacità di controllo di una infrastruttura che cambia notevolmente da onpremise a cloud . Meno controllo vuol dire meno responsabilità

- An LOB application is one of the set of critical computer applications that are vital to running an enterprise Partiamo da un esempio pratico, un cliente / azienda possiede un parco software installato su un infrastruttura onpremise, software prodotto dal cliente ma anche software acquistato da terze parti, il nostro obiettivo è quello di ottimizzare al massimo questa infrastruttura andado a proporli uno scenario ibrido , onpremise-private lo scenario ibrido mi permette di poter effettuare maggiori riflessioni e scelte in base alle mie esigenze. Posso scegliere un private cloud la dove ho esigenze di specifiche su un applicazione e ho bisogno di maggior controllo , posso scegliere il public per servizi che sono delle black box per me che li utilizzo semplicemente senza alcuna customizzazione e hanno un costo eccessivo sulla mia infrastruttura ad esempio la mail,il crm ma l’incredible di questa architettura e che io posso pensare anche a servizi che siano in parte sul cloud e in parte al private cloud collegati tra di loro tramite vpn
