1. Testenina sa piletinom
Sastojci:
• Durum špagetine - 500g
• slatka pavlaka - 4 pakovanja od 2 dcl
• belo pileće meso - 4 filea
• crni luk - 2-3 srednja
• trapist - 100 g
• po želji: šampinjoni, origano, svež paradajz, masline
Priprema: Skuvati testeninu. Pileće belo meso iseckati na kockice i prodinstati
sa seckanim crnim lukom, na malo ulja. Kad meso pobeli, dodati slatku pavlaku
i ostaviti da prokuva 5-7 minuta, dodati vegetu, so i biber po ukusu. Pomešati
meso i testeninu i izliti u vatrostalan sud ili tepsiju. Izrendati kačkavalj, posuti
seckane šampinjone, dekorisati sa par maslina ili umesto šampinjona, poređati
svež paradajz sečen na kolutove.
Zapeći u rerni na 220°C dok se kačkavalj lepo ne istopi i porumeni.

Pasta with chicken
Ingredients:
• Durum Spaghetti – 500g
• Sweet cream – 4 packages per 2dl
• chicken breast – 4 fillets
• onion – 2-3 midle head
• cheese – 100g
• as desired: champignons, oregano, fresh tomato, olives
Preparation: Cook pasta. Dice chicken breast and cook it with chopped onion, in
a little oil. When meat becomes white, add sweet cream and leave it to boil for 5-7
minutes, add vegeta, salt and pepper, as desired. Mix meat and pasta and place it
in refractory bowl or roasting tin. Grate cheese, sprinkle chopped champignons,
decorate with few olives or fresh tomato (cut into pieces).
Bake in the oven on 220°C until cheese is melted and browned.
