Twitter allows for effective networking with influencers, celebrities, and those sharing common interests. 2. This week I had the pleasure of talking to an up and coming Twitter networker!
Interestingly, we connected through Twitter.
Midway through our conversation she mentioned that Twitter is a networkers
dream come true.
I thought to myself, she is absolutely right!

This is my favorite strategy that I employ on Twitter! One of my favorite shows that I
Marcus is truly one of my business hero’s, and I’ve learned so much from his People,
Process, and Product mentality.
So last week, I gave them a shout out on Twitter, tagging @MarcusLemonis.
Within 1 hour Marcus or most likely his social media team favorited my post, and
then Marcus followed me!
Imagine your idol in whatever your passion is following you. With one post, you can
make it happen! Take a chance
5. Second, create a blog, podcast, video show about the topics you’re most
passionate about. You could also do an interview with leaders in the industry.
Once you’ve created your show, the best way to reach out to new guests is by
using Twitter. The key ingredient in this step is to NOT SPAM. Spammers are the
worst part of all marketing and adveritising, and Twitter is no exception.
Years ago I was watching The Apprentice, another favorite show of mine, and
Donald Trump had this incredible marketing director Jeffrey Hayzlett from Kodak
on the show. I remember saying to myself, I would dream of doing his job and
meeting Jeffrey Hayzlett!
Fast forward 10 years, I just interivewed Jeffrey on my Be Real Show. I feel like
my dream came true. How this happened, is through tagging and asking him for
an interview. After several posts his team responded, and the podcast is now live.
