  1. 二十三歲女性病患，因心悸入院，心電圖顯示 Bidirectional Ventricular tachycardia ，除了 digoxin overdose 之外， 常見的是 catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia (CPVT), 其心電圖特徵是 QRS 之軸每一跳 axis 均不同 , 和 RYR2 and CASQ2 Gene 有關 , 臨床常用 beta-blocker 治療 .
