ENA-TS 12-23 Centriforce Stokbord Underground Cable Tiles – Utility Specification

1. Stokbord cable protection tiles provide a clear visual warning of underground utility services and
protect against possible accidental damage. The protection tile is made up of a printed warning
tape which is laminated to the surface of the base material. This product is designed to comply
with Energy Network Association Technical Specification (ENA-TS) 12-23. Issue 3, 2013
Material
The covers are manufactured
from reconstituted polyethylene.
Only those additives required
to facilitate the required finish,
strength, durability, colour and
opacity are added.
Packaging and labelling
The protection tiles are stacked face down on a pallet and shrink-wrapped to prevent UV damage to the tile.

This product is used specifically for the protection of underground utility cables. The product should be stored internally or covered and not exposed to direct sunlight. In the event of exposure to UV radiation
there is a potential for colour fade which we would expect within a 6 month period in the UK.
