2. Dr. Thomas McMahon Barnegat has an extensive experience working with several leading educational institutions in the State of New Jersey. He earned the salutatorian title at high school and obtained scholarships like the Freed Foundation, Garden State Scholarship and George Link Business Scholarship. He holds a doctorate degree in Administration and Supervision from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey.

He gained recognition for analyzing and developing new curricular programs and for constructing nearly 100 million in new facilities. Furthermore, he also started new classes including Mandarin in high school and middle school.
