42. Case McD ”Häggvik” McDonald´s Häggvik opened first week June 2008. 1 x AirMaid 10000-V for the grill 1 x AirMaid 5000-V for two fryers. The installation has been in accordance with set-up from H&K .
43. Inspection August 25 Case McD ”Häggvik” The exhaust air stream extracts the ozone from the ejectors into the exhaust duct. In the beginning of the transition channel the ozone is not properly mixed and therefore the inner walls are covered with grease. Ejectors were installed in the beginning of August Further on in the exhaust duct the cleaning effect of the ozone can be seen. The picture shows the exhaust duct just after the transition channel. Here the ozone is better mixed with the total air flow and the grease is being oxidized by the ozone.
44. Case McD ”Häggvik” The duct is later connected to the fryers and the picture shows the exhaust duct on the fryer side. The duct is completely dry and free from grease. The same inspection hatch but to the left instead. Here the exhaust duct is already free from grease (just around one meter away from the transition channel).
