This talk was given at Being Agile conference held on 15th March 2013 at Gurgaon, India. I have been practicing XP and Scrum for quite some time now but there are projects or assignments that are better executed with Kanban. While working as part of the support team for a large e-commerce web application, we landed up in a similar situation where day to day scrum practices were not working anymore. This talk is an attempt to share our learnings. Its not about comparing Kanban with Scrum/XP and deciding which is better, rather they can complement each other and can be used in conjunction if practiced correctly.
