the rolls that I have undertaken over the past 10 years. Each roll that I have done since 2008 has
made an enormous contribution to my knowledge of homelessness and housing, I now work with
long standing victims of domestic Violence/abuse. I am able and capable of assisting them in making
good choices for their future. I have no commitments with my children now as they are both adults,
im am a people person I have good interpersonal skills and I am always willing an open to ideas from
other members of my team. As I have told you I managed a team of 10 staff and had an excellent
working relationship with them all. We would have regular staff meeting and give briefings on what
was required by higher management. We would look at strategies of how we would achieve these
measures.
I have a very rounded background in Customer service and service levels agreements being met not
