My Doctoral program at Mahatma College majors in Development Studies and I completed the
coursework component with an A grade average in 2015. My dissertation explores
microfinance loans secured by women in Kerala State, India over the past decade. My
quantitative research measures the average net rate of return earned by these women.
My outlook and knowledgebase is global and my understanding of India’s NGO sector is strong.
Between 2005 and 2014, I worked as a program officer for the Red Cross in Sri Lanka, Pakistan,
