Generaly speaking, I describe myself as a digital service designer. That means defining the user / customer experience over a networked plateform (desktop, smartphone, tablet, info station, IOT…). But that also means to help define what makes it possible (ie advising on IT architecture regarding experience objectives, multi-chanel touchpoints and human organization, and of course design + devops processes for better efficiency / ROI).
I was primarily in R&D during my studies and afterwards with an anthropologist and ergonomist, then to switch to digital commerce for a more in depth understanding of global market requirements, industry and processes.
