Earth Week will take place from April 26th to 30th, 2010 with various events each day to raise awareness of environmental issues. Students can earn tickets for participating in events, with more tickets given for greater participation, increasing their chances of winning prizes drawn at the end of the week. Events include walking or biking to school, wearing a green t-shirt, donating used items, recycling, making environmental pledges, playing eco-games online, a vegetarian cafeteria menu, bringing reusable water bottles, and signing up for environmental campaigns. Special guests will also attend with booths to visit.
