Manage a team of over 6 reps that cover Enterprise, SMB and Inbound new business sales & our relationship management team that handles existing customers.
Some of my responsibilities include hiring, on-boarding, training and leading the team.
Sales Development Representatives are responsible for understanding and qualifying the recruiting and branding needs of corporations around the world. They work closely with their account executives and relationship managers to either work on new business generated from the qualified leads or add new opportunities for existing customers.
