website or app.

Include links to your DMCA policy in your Terms and
Conditions, in any copyright-related FAQ’s or clauses,
and in your website footer.
The more high risk your service is for copyright
infringement, the more conspicuous your links
should be.

Don’t limit users to only one method of contact.
By providing an email address, mailing address and
additional ways of contact you’re making it more
likely that users can contact you.

Let users know exactly what information you
need to follow up on the infringement allegation.
Providing a form to users will be the easiest way
to ensure you get complete information.
