This document provides information and instructions for an upcoming video conference event called "Video for All Live!". It contains 3 main points:
1. Instructions for participants to configure their audio settings and provide ways to participate such as using emoticons, polling tools, and the whiteboard.
2. A discussion on issues related to video production and ownership such as transcoding, file types, delivery methods, accessibility, analytics and usage data.
3. Information on copyright and creative commons licensing including the purpose of patent law, attribution requirements, open educational practices, and questions to consider when getting started with selecting and displaying creative commons licenses.
