There are many document-centric business applications in every corporation. The big potential for the corporation lays in consolidating all corporate correspondence into a single approach achieving a ONE COMPANY image.
This means one unified approach for all types business documents in the front offices and branches generated by various business applications for customers, partners and internally in high volume batch, online, user interactive on PC and on demand in the browser. The approach authorizes different users with their roles and allows the reuse of document building blocks across multiple document applications with central management and control, empowering the business user for template management and content creation, local or central print and output management including e-delivery.
Efficiency comes by having one set of tools to develop these applications, an adaptive technology to link to any type of business application data, central resource management of all document building blocks such as data, logic, text, tables, fonts etc. to be used in a distributed environment with the same quality on every output channel. Deployment must be automatic by the integrated change management. No coding of data or logic no separate maintenance of island solutions and many more values come when choosing a strategic approach for all business communications.
