TEAM Coalition and Major League Baseball are supporting the designated driver programs at all MLB ballparks with the Responsibility Has Its Rewards (RHIR) campaign. RHIR promotes designated driver programs with a Sweepstakes, Public Service Announcements, Fan Videos and Posters. TEAM has created custom fan code of conduct cards for all the MLB Clubs. The fan code of conduct cards are completely customizable for each Club to include all partner organizations.

2. Inspection Policy
In conjunction with a league wide policy established
by Major League Baseball, the Sr. Louis Cardinals
reserve the right to inspect all items entering Busch
Stadium. Guests may carry in items including: back-
packs, purses, diaper bags, fanny packs and soft
sided coolers that do not exceed a maximum size
of 16” x 16” x 8”. Bags that exceed this size are not
permitted in the stadium. Alcohol, bottles, cans,
thermoses, hard sided coolers, hard plastic cup/mugs,
are not permitted. Water in clear plastic bottles or
open cups are allowed.
The enforcement of this policy helps ensure the
safety and comfort of all our guests. All items will
be inspected at Gates 4, 5, 6 & 8. Guests who do
not have items to be inspected may go to the above
gates or gates 1,3,or 7 for express entry into the
stadium.

Designated Driver Program
The Cardinals, Anheuser-Busch, and the TEAM
Coalition have teamed up to implement the Budweiser
Good Sport Designated Driver Program. Guests may
sign up at our Guest Relations Center to be a
designated driver for the game and receive a free
key chain and a free soda or O’Douls®.
Designated Drivers may also be eligible
for prizes and recognition on the mes-
sage board. A valid drivers license is
required to participate.
Ground Rules For Fans
The St. louis Cardinals are committed to
creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable
ballpark experience. Our staff has
been trained to proactively intervene
where neccessary to help ensure
a “Family Entertainment” environment.
Guests will enjoy the baseball experience free from
disruptive behavior, abusive language or obscene
gestures.
Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a
responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired,
intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a
prompt and safe manner.
Guests will sit in their ticketed seat and show their ticket
when requested.
The progress of the game will not be disrupted by guests’
actions or unauthorized persons an the playing field
Guests will smoke only in designated smoking areas only.
Obscene or indecent clothing wil not detract from the
guest experience.
Guests will comply with requests from stadium staff
regarding stadium operations and emergency response
procedures.
The St Louis Cardinals appreciate that all guests observe
our Ground Rules for Fans. Please contact the nearest
usher if for any mason another guest is interfering with your
enjoyment of the game. Guests who choose not to adhere
to these Ground Rules may be in violation of stadium/city
ordinances and are subject to intervention, which may lead
to ejection/or arrest.
