feel special, like part of the team. Feeing included is a very important
part of building trust and relationships in the work place. Staff will

Trips: Camping trips are great ways for people to bond. Staff members
will enjoy spending time together in the wilderness, and can form
alliances based on a common interest. Retreats are often help for large
companies, this is a great way to get to know new staff members and
build on relationships you already have. Travelling to and from places
together will also create a team like atmosphere; car pools can help
with this as well.

can help dispel of any workplace issues. In a group environment there
will always be a certain amount of conflict, and finding out how to
better deal with it is the object of team building. People who can deal
with conflict well, are better employees and are able to create a more
up beat and positive place to work.
