can maintain it
Do not solely depend on
volunteers & interns to
maintain those channels
Experience and/or
training in online Make a realistic job
communication is a must! description for your social
media or community manager!
If you can't maintain all + 5 Hours extra Weekly
channels, it's better to open for experimentation with new tools,
few of them and do those well such as; Pinterest, Google+,
than to do bad on all Foursquare, Tumblr, Razoo, etc.

page are PUBLIC lists
LISTS are used for three
different purposes and can
either be PUBLIC or PRIVATE
the first purpose is to
PRIVATELY classify twitter
accounts into different categories
(as if you would put them into
“folders”), to filter out their
note that it is not tweets in a timeline
necessary to follow a a PRIVATE list only can
twitter account to be able be viewed by yourself
to classify it into a list (does NOT appear on
your profile page)
