Map with the existing contact list and remove duplicate if any. Spread and create awareness about our company and various job opportunities time to time through networking sites.
4. Insurance Recruitment S U P P OR T Build a strong data base of Insurance Agents in Mumbai and create a strong network. Create survey on need of insurance from various segments covering Mumbai. Create awareness of different products of LIC. Handle Recruitment of Advisors for Insurance companies and look after their joining and induction formalities. Enroll Members to promote Medical insurance of various insurance companies(Full time/part time). Create Awareness about the benefits of Family tree & enroll various family by collecting their personal data base. Create Corporate Branding by use of Social Media Network Recruitment Through Social Media Net Work. i.e. face book, linked in, Google, Create Blogs, use of Twitter , Yahoo groups. Send mails to Education Institute to hire MBA’S. Conduct personal interview of STUDENTS, which include visit to campus. Prepare proper guidelines and reporting system. Right from receiving CV, interview, selection, joining and finally look after completion project done by summer candidate .
5. Skills Required Excellent Communication Skills Should be a Social person and must be comfortable in using Social /Professional Networking Sites. Should be familiar with MS office tools,Flash,Photoshop etc. Should be Creative and must Adopt new ways for presentations Make use of all possible ways to communicate-Mails,Postings/SMS etc
