2. Ponte nelle Alpi
• From 2010 it is the municipality that
has been recycling at the utmost
in Italy thanks to the ‘door to door’
technique

3. ‘DOOR TO DOOR’ TECHNIQUE
• Each family in their own home has four different
bins: a yellow one for paper, a blue one for glass,
plastics and cans, a green one for dry waste and
finally a brown for the damp waste. Recently
every family also has had a grey bin for special
glasses like beer bottles ..

4. • Every two weeks the employees of
the common go from house to house
to pick up a bin. The families put the
bins outdoor, taking into account the
calender that the common distributes
at the beginning of the year

5. Results until 2009
