DocPublisher - How To Publish or Withdraw a Document
1. How-To: Publish or withdraw a document www.swingsoftware.com 1) To publish a document you need to have a Content Manager role. Log in, click on the Authoring button and open the document that you wish to publish.

The version number is automatically incremented, but you can change it if needed. 4) Choose whether you want to publish the document immediately or at a future date. 5) Enter a description of the version and click OK.

Depending on your requriements, the document can go through the review and approval process again or just edited and published again immediately.
