• Avoiding vehicular movement helps to maintain the
landscape and micro climate
• The inner loop connects all the activities and
amenities whereas the outer one connects the
different towers.
• Vehicular movement on the periphery of the site
ensures the safety of the users
• All the activities confined to the central space created
by the placement of blocks , thus making them easily
accessible
• The pedestrian movement is confined to the interior
enclosure
• The open spaces are shaded throughout the day due
to the high rise structures surrounding them
.Therefore, they can be used at any given time of the
day
• Artistically designed landscape areas attract more
people
• Spacious gardens, well designed walkways, separate
play areas for children of different age groups, and
creative utilization of stilt areas in all the towers

There are 3 main conceptual gardens in the
central area , called as “the trinity gardens”:
1. The garden of harmony
2. The garden of repose
3. The garden of tranquillity
• Each garden is complete in itself and
houses various facilities for its residents
like specific areas for jogging , quiet
places for yoga , play areas for kids and
corners for pet parks
• Another unique feature is the bamboo
court
• Bamboo groves are planted in the
basement with ample space to grow
above the ground level through the cut out
sky windows thereby allowing natural light
in the basement

• All the units facing the central open space
• Provision of large balconies on 3 sides of every single unit enable the residents
to create their own interactive environment within their dwelling
• Two units on each floor plate however reduce the social interaction on each
floor as higher the units on a floor, higher will be the rate of interaction between
the users
• Proper cross ventilation within the unit ensures that no space is a dead space
as it can be used in one way or the other

• They also function as areas of refuge during fires
and allow the sustainable sharing of mechanical

• PUBLIC SPACE ONLY COMES INTO BEING IF WE CHOOSE TO BEHAVE IN A PARTICULAR WAY, IF WE CHOOSE TO
