The official length is 21,196.18 km (13,170.7 mi)

Petra Often referred to as “Rose city”
An ancient southern Arab people made the city of Petra as
a trade route to connect to southern Asia and Greece.

8. Machu Picchu
“Machu Picchu” means “Old Peak” or “Old Mountain.”
Structures were built with a technique called “ashlar.”
Stones are cut to fit together without mortar. Remarkably, not
even a needle can fit in between two stones.
Many of the stones that were used to build the city weighed
more than 50 tons.
9. Chichen Itza
“Chichen Itza” is actually derived from a Mayan name which
means, “on the mouth of the well of Itza”
The Chichen Itza was discovered in the year 514 A.D. by the
priest Lakin Chan.
Along with fine stones some pyramids have an inner layer of
mica.
10. Colosseum
The Colosseum was built between 72 A.D and 80
A.D
Made from stone and concrete, this magnificent
monument was built with the man power of tens of
thousands of slaves.
This brilliant building had 80 entrances and could
seat approximately 50,000 spectators who would
come to watch sporting events and games.
11. Taj Mahal
There is a small hole on the ceiling of the main hall
perpendicularly above the tombstone of Mumtaz
Mahal .
The minarets were built tilting outwards to protect
the Taj from calamities like earthquakes.
The foundation of Taj Mahal would have eroded
years ago if Yamunawasn't there.
