5. Agreement of Service
This agreement is signed on the 04th day November month of christen year 2015 between
GLOBAL OUTSOURCE SOLUTIONS and Radiatee-ServicesPvt.Ltd., E – 54, Sector – 63,
Noida.U.P. Pin Code 201301. Company. Here in after GLOBAL OUTSOURCE SOLUTIONS is
termed as first party and Radiate e-Services Pvt.Ltd., Is termed as second party/client.
All the terms and conditions mentioned as below in the agreement are valid for a period on
one Year, from the date of commencement of this agreement.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Obligation of Client’s:
In the client requirement, a clear and comprehensive description of the requirements it seeks in a
potential candidate must be given. This would include job description and specification, as is
necessary for GLOBAL OUTSOURCE SOLUTIONS to effectively perform its obligation under this
agreement.
Give true, fair and accurate information about itself to be furnished by. GOS To the
potential candidate.
Intimate GOS within 5 working days of receiving the CV of potential candidate if the client
is already in possession of or has already considered the CV of the said candidate.
The company will notify us the final outcome of the interview.
Exercise abundant care and caution in handling the CV and information provided to the
client by GOS services so that no unauthorized use or misuse is made.
Upon recruitment of a potential candidate, intimate the fact of such recruitment and hand
over a copy of the Appointment Letter within 7 days of the issuance of the Offer Letter.
6. Payment Terms and Conditions:
Service charges for each candidate decided @ Rs. 4000/-
A service tax will be charged extra on the invoice amount, as per notifications given by the
Government of India.
The above is payable within 15 days of the date of the recruited candidate(s) joining the
service of the client.
Replacement period will be 30 days.
Only one time replacement will be provided.
We shall be entitled for our professional fee if in case the candidate has been interviewed /
rejected by you and later appointed with in the period of one year.
This agreement shall come into force and effect from the date as mentioned below and
shall remain in effect for a one year from such date.
