• Monitoring the sourcing and processing of yarn, embroidery, knits comprising of viscose & cotton and
home textiles including bed sheets printed, curtains printed & embroidery
• Spearheading all the business operations including business / design development, site quality control, co-
ordination between buyers & production units, shipment of goods and administrative /technical follow up
• Complying with the business practices and rule, regulations & shipping procedures of China; ensuring the
team is complying with the same to deliver quality product
• Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing customized products and timely deliveries
• Analyzing demand patterns to source new items for the buyers, exploring new markets for sourcing and
ensuring prompt payments to exporters
• Liaising with government officials working with government research organisations, national &
international regulatory bodies and industry associations
• Leading and mentoring staff, implementing administrative control measures; managing and monitoring the
collection of payments
• Assisting importers to acquire cargo on time without any troubles so as to enhance the client servicing
