Reality ; is the magic stick: Within each persons life, there are good things and bad things, easy and hard, happiness and sadness etc. And as we spend around one third of our day at work, and work is no different; it has good/interesting tasks/duties as well as boaring/ dull ones. 5. Professionalism: When you joined your employer(company), you signed a working contract which explains the work terms and conditions. Now you need to respect such contract which you have excepted and agreed upon. The employer is paying you to perform such work to the best of your ability.
