 Many Salespeople do not feel incented to ensure
  CRM data is accurate or timely:

     A Salesperson taking on new territory does not have
      accurate customer contact information.

     Companies do not have accurate cost of sales. How many
      phone calls and meeting it takes to sell product A vs. B

 Before our solution the notes for 10 out of 100 calls
  made it into the CRM.
 After our solution the notes for 50 out of 100 calls
  make it into the CRM.
 40 additional calls per opportunity x 50 opportunities
  per year x 100 sales people = 200,000 additional
  pieces of information for Business Intelligence.
