2. SuccessesSuccesses
• Being able to add personality into your
assignments was very helpful. The
audio allowed the audience to hear the
“voice” of the speaker making it more
personal and real.
• I also enjoyed creating the audio
segment. It did generate several ideas
on how I could utilize this in my
classroom. It would be extremely
beneficial for the special education
students.
• Learning about all the exciting “free”
tools available to create any
multimedia presentation for
professional or personal use.
• Getting to see how great the final
product could become.
• Realizing that “I” can create some
amazing work, as beautiful as a
professional.
3. Most Successful Tools
Wow! There are so many, I’m unsure where
to begin:
• www.phixr.com – easy, super fast and user friendly, photos changed
in a moment. Love it! I could edit photos for hours
• My iphone- I never knew all of its capabilities. I am excited to
continue to use these tools, share them with my peers, and most
importantly, use them in my class.
• Photo bucket- another great sight I explored.
• Windows Movie Maker-amazing site. I hope to pursue using that
further in the future.
4. ChallengesChallenges
• Being overwhelmed with new
information
• Not knowing where to begin
• My old laptop gave me trouble due to
it’s age and capabilities.
• Remembering all the logins and
passwords for the various sites.
• Hurdling the obstacles when sending
my assignments to you
• I am a people person and like to talk to
people one-on-one. I prefer phone
calls to texting. I would have loved to
have face time with you. Maybe you
can add that to your next class as an
assignment.
• Not getting to know each other as well
as in person. Maybe for some it’s more
comfortable but I am not shy.
5. MoodelingMoodeling
• Funny, I didn’t even know what a moodle was before taking this
class. I have really grown learning a ton of new technology and
terms. I sometimes felt I was learning a new language.
• In the end, I feel like a climbed a mountain, hence my slide show
theme. Thank you for your continued support and patience. In
September I will be getting a new computer and I can’t wait to start
using all the tools I have learned to use.
7. Sharing-Module 2Sharing-Module 2
Various ways to use in the
classroom
• Read books-use at listening center
• Reading a test aloud-use for students
who are absent.
• Record directions for kindergarten
students that are unable to read
fluently.
• Having audio would also reduce the
number of interruptions during small
group instruction.
• Used when sharing writing. Having the
students record and hear their own
voice or a peers voice. This would
increase their interest level when
listening.
• Fun guessing game-guess the readers
voice.

8. Sharing-Module 3Sharing-Module 3
• I loved this assignment and the
outcome of my module.
• It was a great opportunity for me
to share in my children’s success
in baseball.
• It helped create a wonderful
memory for my family to share.

10. I did it!
I made it and learned so
much. Thanks Rich for
your continued support
and for not giving up on
me. You continued to
push me when I didn’t
think I had it in me.
Have a wonderful
