– Select and evaluate a software tool capable of allowing to manage
the hardware and software inventory in na integrated fashion
• Development
– Evolve the development process to improve value creation in terms
of product quality and customer satisfaction
– Include the risk management in the project lifecycle
– Adopt the best practices for source code versioning
– Improve the integration of the tools and software applications
supporting the development process
