ABSOLUTE MOTION – DETECTABLE ! PHYSICAL VACUUM PROPERTIES – DEFINED BY THE ETHER!

 • Methodological error in the Michelson-Morley experiment: When
using an interferometric method with a continuous light source the
Doppler shift is compensated by the relativistic clock rate change.
 (R. Hatch, 2004). Michelson proposed another alternative method with
 interrupted light – not funded.
 • Stefan Marinov’s Lab experiments are among the most successful
ones detecting our absolute motion. A velocity vector with a magnitude
 about 300 km/s is measured (experiments between 1976 - 1984).
 • In 1920 Einstein claimed that the General Theory of Relativity
without Ether is unthinkable, but he still excluded the possibility of its
material nature as envisioned by Faraday and Maxwell, because not
 working model has been suggested.
 • Detection of absolute motion means existence of space medium.
Then it must play a fundamental role not only for propagation of the
electrical and magnetic fields but also the gravity.
 • The true physical model of the space medium will put a light on the
relation between the gravitational, electrical and magnetic fields and will
permit a deeper understanding of the gravity and inertia.

                                                                                      2

Framework of the Basic Structures of Matter –
              Super Gravitation Unified Theory (BSM-SG):
- Empty Euclidian space without QM physical properties and restrictions
- Two super dens Fundamental Particles (FPs) with parameters associated to Planck’s scale
and distinguished by size and vibrational time constant (in order of tpl = 5.39x10-44 (s)).
- A Fundamental law of Super Gravitation (SG) - inverse cubic law in pure empty space.
          m m
 FSG = GO 01 3 02 , where: G0 – SG constant, m01 and m02 – SG masses, r –distance
             r
In a primordial phase of the galactic evolution, the FPs congregate into geometrical
formations with hierarchical levels. Formations, below the level of elementary particles are
two sub-elementary particles called Twisted Prisms possessing an axial SG field
anisotropy and opposite handedness due to an internal twisted structure. They built both:
the underlying structure of the physical vacuum, called a Cosmic Lattice (CL) and the
structure of the elementary particles (in formations of helical structures).

G0 – its sign depends on the mutual distance between the FP formations in empty space

   • Detectable signature of the CL space – Modern Ether drift experiments
   • Detectable signature of SG forces: Casimir and Van der Waals forces

                                                                                               3

                              Cosmic Lattice (CL space)
 • Right and left-handed flexible CL nodes – formed respectively by 4 right or 4
left-handed Twisted Prisms at angle of 105 deg and held by SG forces
 • CL space – alternatively arranged right and left-handed CL nodes with prisms
axes like in a diamond lattice. The gaps between the CL nodes permits 3D spatial
oscillations – a Zero Point energy envisioned by Quantum Mechanics
 • Mockup image of CL structure and the individual CL nodes
 • The CL node possess 2 set of symmetrical axes: one orthogonal xyz and other
along the 4 prisms axes called abcd
 • Under SG law the CL node return forces are symmetrical along xyz axes and
asymmetrical along abcd axes. The result is a complex oscillation with two identified
 cycles (frequencies) : nR = 1.09x1029 – involved in light velocity and nc = 1.236x1020 – SPM
vector (Compton) frequency – involved in QM interactions.

                                                                                                4

• Elementary particles - built of Twisted Prisms arranged in helical structures as a
result of unique crystallization process preceding the birth of the galaxy
• Electron* – one coil of First Order Helical Structure (FOHS) - an oscillating 3-body
system with two proper frequencies. The first one is equal to the SPM frequency
of the CL node (Compton frequency in Earth gravitational field).

• The denser internal lattice of FOHS modulates the external CL space, creating
aligned EQs, which form the electrical field lines. A moving and rotating electron
creates closed loops of phase synchronized MQs, which form the magnetic lines.
• Confined motion: The screw-like motion of the rotating and oscillating
electron interacts with the CL node dynamics. Result: - motions with preferred
velocities, according to relation (13.6/n) eV, where n matches the principal quantum
number of the Bohr atomic model.

Derived basic parameters of CL space. Static and Dynamic ZPE

    - Static CL pressure, PS - (defines the Newtonian mass, as a pressure exercised
on impenetrable volume of the elementary particle structure):
       P S = m e c 2 V e = 1.3736 ×10 26 (N m 2 ) (signature of Static ZPE, or ZPE-S)
    - Dynamic CL pressure, PD ~ (related to the Zero Point Energy of Dynamic type,
or ZPE-D related to the Electrical and Magnetic field):
      P D = hν c (cS e ) = 2025.8(N (m 2 H z ))
ZPE-S >> ZPE-D (only ZPE-D is envisioned by Quantum Mechanics)
    - Partial CL pressure, PP – related to the confined motion of the electron with
one of its quantum velocities υ , in which the signature of the fundamental Fine
Structure Constant α plays a role. This influences the motion of the atoms,
      molecules and solids
                                                                       1
                                                                   −
      P P = P S αυ c For υ = αc one obtains: P P P S = α (1 − α)
                                                            2 2

    - Complex CL node dynamics characterized by two identifiable cycles:
(frequencies) 1.093X1029 Hz (defining light velocity) and a Compton’s
frequency 1.236X1020 Hz (defines the permittivity and permeability of space).

                                                                                         6

Gravito-inertial mass of an object and prediction for artificial control
•The mutual interaction between the CL nodes causes a selfsynchronization at
the CL node SPM frequency (Compton’s frequency in the Earth gravitational field).
 • The selfsynchronization appears as recombining zeropoint waves. They are
responsible for the constant value of ε0 and µ0 defining the constant light velocity.
 • The normal value of selfsynchronization corresponds to a normal Newtonian
gravitation between the elementary particles, while a disturbed value should case
 a partial attenuation.
 • The zeropoint waves assist also the inertial properties of elementary particles
in CL space (folding and unfolding of the CL nodes, displaced by the particle
 internal lattice)
 • Newtonian gravitation – propagation of SG field through the CL space via abcd
axes of the CL nodes. The prism’s SG field frequency is higher than the CL node
one, so the SG field propagation is partially influenced by the CL space condition.
 • Conclusion: A temporal disturbance of the self-synchronisation of the CL
nodes around a solid object should affect its gravitational and inertial mass
with a simultaneously disturbance of the light and EM waves in the
 surrounding zone.

                                                                                         7

ABSOLUTE MOTION – DETECTABLE ! PHYSICAL VACUUM PROPERTIES – DEFINED BY THE ETHER!

Non-inertial displacement with a reduced inertial mass
 • The Newtonian mass of the elementary particle is expressed by the
Static CL pressure exercised on the impenetrable volume of the particle
(Chapter 3 of BSM-SG). If the surrounded CL pressure is affected
asymmetrically, the particle will get a non-inertial space displacement –
equivalent to unidirectional reduced inertial mass. This effect should be
propagated to atoms, molecules and solids.
 • In Chapter 10 of BSM-SG, it was shown that the inertia of a solid object is
related to the integral inertial momentum of displaced and folded CL nodes,
which is expressed by the force moment vector, EIFM. This vector is able
to describe any kind of motion: uniform, rotational or accelerated.
 • Prediction: An Asymmetrically Disturbed Selfsynchronization (ADS)
around a solid object will cause a directional change of the gravitational and
inertial mass of the object and the surrounding gas molecules – a
 propulsion effect with non-inertial properties.
 • Acceleration with a reduced gravito-inertial mass – an unique force
field according to a modified Newton’s law δF = δm.a

                                                                                      8

Theory of Asymmetrically Disturbed Selfsynchronization (ADS) by
                  using the electron’s properties
• Accessing the CL node SPM (Compton’s) frequency 1.236x1020 Hz by using the
unveiled properties of the electron: its first proper frequency is the same.
• Heterodyne method: using a comparatively low frequency for AC accelerated
electrons moving in a helical trajectories with their confined velocities (energies of
13.6 Ev, 3.41 Ev, 1,51 Ev).
• Requirements: Each electron must be bound to a single ionized atom. While the
ion moves reversibly, the bound electron trajectory is helical.

• Investigation of EM activated plasma
• Identified technology: Plasma thrusters (actuators) without propellant
• The physics of the observed propulsion effect was not explained so far.
• Nobody so far envisioned an existing gravito-inertial effect and its potential.
• The method will work at normal air pressure and in vacuum with gas surrounding
• Optimization of the ADS effect from a BSM-SG point of view: combined
electrical and magnetic field, geometry, selection of materials and working gas.
                                                                                         9

Physical effects accompanying the predicted propulsion mechanism

 • A temporal disturbed propagation of light, and EM waves.
Some old type radars may not detect the spacecraft
 • Emission of electrons and eventually X rays in the close
 proximity to the spacecraft
 • A broad band optical radiation, which will not exhibit a thermal
 signature.
 • Fragmentation of the weak Earth magnetic field. Its restoration
may take a finite time due to a finite time for restoration of the
normal Zeropoint waves (a normal self-synchronization)
 • The operation of sensitive electronic equipment near the
 spacecraft might be temporally disturbed.
 • Staying near the operating spacecraft is dangerous. The
effect will cause longitudinal (shock) waves which are potentially
harmful for the living organism. (This issue, not investigated so far,
requires a serious study. In Chapter 11 of BSM-SG, some
processes in biomolecules are discussed from a new point of view).
                                                                                  10

                              Conclusions
•The predicted Gravito-Inertial Effect called “Stimulated Anomalous Reaction to
Gravity” (SARG) relies on a physical principle not envisioned from the
 Classical and Modern Physics.
 • The SARG effect is a change of the physical vacuum parameters, which
define the gravito-inertial mass of the object and the surrounding zone, so it
provides acceleration with reduced turbulence. For a proper design spacecraft its
internal zone may not feel the acceleration.
 • The propulsion based on SARG effect may work in atmospheric and in deep
space environments. A proper gas mixture for EM activated plasma is needed.
 • If a strong SARG effect is invoked by EM activated plasma, the surrounding
zone will exhibit the following effects
  - Non-thermal optical radiation
  - Disturbed propagation of light and EM waves
 - Fragmented Earth magnetic field
 - Longitudinal (shock waves) and possibly soft X rays – a biomedical hazard
 - EMI noise
The SARG effect is suitable only for interplanetary and deep space travel,
but not for replacing the jet propulsion systems in the Earth atmosphere.

Gravito-inertial Propulsion effect Predicted by the BSM - Supergravitation Unified Theory

  • 1. ABSOLUTE MOTION – DETECTABLE ! PHYSICAL VACUUM PROPERTIES – DEFINED BY THE ETHER! Gravito-inertial Propulsion Effect Predicted by the BSM - Supergravitation Unified Theory Stoyan Sarg, Toronto, Canada s.sarg@helical-structures.org www.helical-structures.org 1 STOYAN SARG SSE-2008 Stimulated Anomalous Reaction to Gravity Effect
  • 2. ABSOLUTE MOTION – DETECTABLE ! PHYSICAL VACUUM PROPERTIES – DEFINED BY THE ETHER! • Methodological error in the Michelson-Morley experiment: When using an interferometric method with a continuous light source the Doppler shift is compensated by the relativistic clock rate change. (R. Hatch, 2004). Michelson proposed another alternative method with interrupted light – not funded. • Stefan Marinov’s Lab experiments are among the most successful ones detecting our absolute motion. A velocity vector with a magnitude about 300 km/s is measured (experiments between 1976 - 1984). • In 1920 Einstein claimed that the General Theory of Relativity without Ether is unthinkable, but he still excluded the possibility of its material nature as envisioned by Faraday and Maxwell, because not working model has been suggested. • Detection of absolute motion means existence of space medium. Then it must play a fundamental role not only for propagation of the electrical and magnetic fields but also the gravity. • The true physical model of the space medium will put a light on the relation between the gravitational, electrical and magnetic fields and will permit a deeper understanding of the gravity and inertia. 2 STOYAN SARG SSE-2008 Stimulated Anomalous Reaction to Gravity Effect
  • 3. ABSOLUTE MOTION – DETECTABLE ! PHYSICAL VACUUM PROPERTIES – DEFINED BY THE ETHER! Framework of the Basic Structures of Matter – Super Gravitation Unified Theory (BSM-SG): - Empty Euclidian space without QM physical properties and restrictions - Two super dens Fundamental Particles (FPs) with parameters associated to Planck’s scale and distinguished by size and vibrational time constant (in order of tpl = 5.39x10-44 (s)). - A Fundamental law of Super Gravitation (SG) - inverse cubic law in pure empty space. m m FSG = GO 01 3 02 , where: G0 – SG constant, m01 and m02 – SG masses, r –distance r In a primordial phase of the galactic evolution, the FPs congregate into geometrical formations with hierarchical levels. Formations, below the level of elementary particles are two sub-elementary particles called Twisted Prisms possessing an axial SG field anisotropy and opposite handedness due to an internal twisted structure. They built both: the underlying structure of the physical vacuum, called a Cosmic Lattice (CL) and the structure of the elementary particles (in formations of helical structures). G0 – its sign depends on the mutual distance between the FP formations in empty space • Detectable signature of the CL space – Modern Ether drift experiments • Detectable signature of SG forces: Casimir and Van der Waals forces 3 STOYAN SARG SSE-2008 Stimulated Anomalous Reaction to Gravity Effect
  • 4. ABSOLUTE MOTION – DETECTABLE ! PHYSICAL VACUUM PROPERTIES – DEFINED BY THE ETHER! Cosmic Lattice (CL space) • Right and left-handed flexible CL nodes – formed respectively by 4 right or 4 left-handed Twisted Prisms at angle of 105 deg and held by SG forces • CL space – alternatively arranged right and left-handed CL nodes with prisms axes like in a diamond lattice. The gaps between the CL nodes permits 3D spatial oscillations – a Zero Point energy envisioned by Quantum Mechanics • Mockup image of CL structure and the individual CL nodes • The CL node possess 2 set of symmetrical axes: one orthogonal xyz and other along the 4 prisms axes called abcd • Under SG law the CL node return forces are symmetrical along xyz axes and asymmetrical along abcd axes. The result is a complex oscillation with two identified cycles (frequencies) : nR = 1.09x1029 – involved in light velocity and nc = 1.236x1020 – SPM vector (Compton) frequency – involved in QM interactions. 4 STOYAN SARG SSE-2008 Stimulated Anomalous Reaction to Gravity Effect
  • 5. ABSOLUTE MOTION – DETECTABLE ! PHYSICAL VACUUM PROPERTIES – DEFINED BY THE ETHER! • Elementary particles - built of Twisted Prisms arranged in helical structures as a result of unique crystallization process preceding the birth of the galaxy • Electron* – one coil of First Order Helical Structure (FOHS) - an oscillating 3-body system with two proper frequencies. The first one is equal to the SPM frequency of the CL node (Compton frequency in Earth gravitational field). αc se = νc 1−α2 • The denser internal lattice of FOHS modulates the external CL space, creating aligned EQs, which form the electrical field lines. A moving and rotating electron creates closed loops of phase synchronized MQs, which form the magnetic lines. • Confined motion: The screw-like motion of the rotating and oscillating electron interacts with the CL node dynamics. Result: - motions with preferred velocities, according to relation (13.6/n) eV, where n matches the principal quantum number of the Bohr atomic model. *S. Sarg, Physics Essays, Vol. 16, No 2, 180-195, (2003). 5 STOYAN SARG SSE-2008 Stimulated Anomalous Reaction to Gravity Effect
  • 6. ABSOLUTE MOTION – DETECTABLE ! PHYSICAL VACUUM PROPERTIES – DEFINED BY THE ETHER! Derived basic parameters of CL space. Static and Dynamic ZPE - Static CL pressure, PS - (defines the Newtonian mass, as a pressure exercised on impenetrable volume of the elementary particle structure): P S = m e c 2 V e = 1.3736 ×10 26 (N m 2 ) (signature of Static ZPE, or ZPE-S) - Dynamic CL pressure, PD ~ (related to the Zero Point Energy of Dynamic type, or ZPE-D related to the Electrical and Magnetic field): P D = hν c (cS e ) = 2025.8(N (m 2 H z )) ZPE-S >> ZPE-D (only ZPE-D is envisioned by Quantum Mechanics) - Partial CL pressure, PP – related to the confined motion of the electron with one of its quantum velocities υ , in which the signature of the fundamental Fine Structure Constant α plays a role. This influences the motion of the atoms, molecules and solids 1 − P P = P S αυ c For υ = αc one obtains: P P P S = α (1 − α) 2 2 - Complex CL node dynamics characterized by two identifiable cycles: (frequencies) 1.093X1029 Hz (defining light velocity) and a Compton’s frequency 1.236X1020 Hz (defines the permittivity and permeability of space). 6 STOYAN SARG SSE-2008 Stimulated Anomalous Reaction to Gravity Effect
  • 7. ABSOLUTE MOTION – DETECTABLE ! PHYSICAL VACUUM PROPERTIES – DEFINED BY THE ETHER! Gravito-inertial mass of an object and prediction for artificial control •The mutual interaction between the CL nodes causes a selfsynchronization at the CL node SPM frequency (Compton’s frequency in the Earth gravitational field). • The selfsynchronization appears as recombining zeropoint waves. They are responsible for the constant value of ε0 and µ0 defining the constant light velocity. • The normal value of selfsynchronization corresponds to a normal Newtonian gravitation between the elementary particles, while a disturbed value should case a partial attenuation. • The zeropoint waves assist also the inertial properties of elementary particles in CL space (folding and unfolding of the CL nodes, displaced by the particle internal lattice) • Newtonian gravitation – propagation of SG field through the CL space via abcd axes of the CL nodes. The prism’s SG field frequency is higher than the CL node one, so the SG field propagation is partially influenced by the CL space condition. • Conclusion: A temporal disturbance of the self-synchronisation of the CL nodes around a solid object should affect its gravitational and inertial mass with a simultaneously disturbance of the light and EM waves in the surrounding zone. 7 STOYAN SARG SSE-2008 Stimulated Anomalous Reaction to Gravity Effect
  • 8. ABSOLUTE MOTION – DETECTABLE ! PHYSICAL VACUUM PROPERTIES – DEFINED BY THE ETHER! Non-inertial displacement with a reduced inertial mass • The Newtonian mass of the elementary particle is expressed by the Static CL pressure exercised on the impenetrable volume of the particle (Chapter 3 of BSM-SG). If the surrounded CL pressure is affected asymmetrically, the particle will get a non-inertial space displacement – equivalent to unidirectional reduced inertial mass. This effect should be propagated to atoms, molecules and solids. • In Chapter 10 of BSM-SG, it was shown that the inertia of a solid object is related to the integral inertial momentum of displaced and folded CL nodes, which is expressed by the force moment vector, EIFM. This vector is able to describe any kind of motion: uniform, rotational or accelerated. • Prediction: An Asymmetrically Disturbed Selfsynchronization (ADS) around a solid object will cause a directional change of the gravitational and inertial mass of the object and the surrounding gas molecules – a propulsion effect with non-inertial properties. • Acceleration with a reduced gravito-inertial mass – an unique force field according to a modified Newton’s law δF = δm.a 8 STOYAN SARG SSE-2008 Stimulated Anomalous Reaction to Gravity Effect
  • 9. ABSOLUTE MOTION – DETECTABLE ! PHYSICAL VACUUM PROPERTIES – DEFINED BY THE ETHER! Theory of Asymmetrically Disturbed Selfsynchronization (ADS) by using the electron’s properties • Accessing the CL node SPM (Compton’s) frequency 1.236x1020 Hz by using the unveiled properties of the electron: its first proper frequency is the same. • Heterodyne method: using a comparatively low frequency for AC accelerated electrons moving in a helical trajectories with their confined velocities (energies of 13.6 Ev, 3.41 Ev, 1,51 Ev). • Requirements: Each electron must be bound to a single ionized atom. While the ion moves reversibly, the bound electron trajectory is helical. • Investigation of EM activated plasma • Identified technology: Plasma thrusters (actuators) without propellant • The physics of the observed propulsion effect was not explained so far. • Nobody so far envisioned an existing gravito-inertial effect and its potential. • The method will work at normal air pressure and in vacuum with gas surrounding • Optimization of the ADS effect from a BSM-SG point of view: combined electrical and magnetic field, geometry, selection of materials and working gas. 9 STOYAN SARG SSE-2008 Stimulated Anomalous Reaction to Gravity Effect
  • 10. ABSOLUTE MOTION – DETECTABLE ! PHYSICAL VACUUM PROPERTIES – DEFINED BY THE ETHER! Physical effects accompanying the predicted propulsion mechanism • A temporal disturbed propagation of light, and EM waves. Some old type radars may not detect the spacecraft • Emission of electrons and eventually X rays in the close proximity to the spacecraft • A broad band optical radiation, which will not exhibit a thermal signature. • Fragmentation of the weak Earth magnetic field. Its restoration may take a finite time due to a finite time for restoration of the normal Zeropoint waves (a normal self-synchronization) • The operation of sensitive electronic equipment near the spacecraft might be temporally disturbed. • Staying near the operating spacecraft is dangerous. The effect will cause longitudinal (shock) waves which are potentially harmful for the living organism. (This issue, not investigated so far, requires a serious study. In Chapter 11 of BSM-SG, some processes in biomolecules are discussed from a new point of view). 10 STOYAN SARG SSE-2008 Stimulated Anomalous Reaction to Gravity Effect

  • 12. ABSOLUTE MOTION – DETECTABLE ! PHYSICAL VACUUM PROPERTIES – DEFINED BY THE ETHER! From theory and experiments to UFO cases 12 STOYAN SARG SSE-2008 Stimulated Anomalous Reaction to Gravity Effect
  • 13. ABSOLUTE MOTION – DETECTABLE ! PHYSICAL VACUUM PROPERTIES – DEFINED BY THE ETHER! Conclusions •The predicted Gravito-Inertial Effect called “Stimulated Anomalous Reaction to Gravity” (SARG) relies on a physical principle not envisioned from the Classical and Modern Physics. • The SARG effect is a change of the physical vacuum parameters, which define the gravito-inertial mass of the object and the surrounding zone, so it provides acceleration with reduced turbulence. For a proper design spacecraft its internal zone may not feel the acceleration. • The propulsion based on SARG effect may work in atmospheric and in deep space environments. A proper gas mixture for EM activated plasma is needed. • If a strong SARG effect is invoked by EM activated plasma, the surrounding zone will exhibit the following effects - Non-thermal optical radiation - Disturbed propagation of light and EM waves - Fragmented Earth magnetic field - Longitudinal (shock waves) and possibly soft X rays – a biomedical hazard - EMI noise The SARG effect is suitable only for interplanetary and deep space travel, but not for replacing the jet propulsion systems in the Earth atmosphere. 13 STOYAN SARG SSE-2008 Stimulated Anomalous Reaction to Gravity Effect
