• The first reaction many people have to hearing that an Armenian invented this or that is
surprise. How could such a little people group invent such important things?!
• Throughout history Armenians have been known the world over as innovators. We are
a small people group - there are only about 10 million of us globally - but we far out-
innovate other ethnic groups on a per-capita basis. Culturally, we are driven to always
be innovating.
• For example, even though Soviet Armenia’s population was only 1.5% of the total
Soviet population, it produced 30% of all Soviet military electronics and high-end IT.

• WHO: Questrade is Canada’s largest discount brokerage.
• WHAT: We’ve developed Web-, desktop-, mobile-, and server-based projects for
Questrade, including:
o Building their entire equities trading platform, first on Silverlight and then again in
JavaScript. This included not only the front end but all of the single-sign-in, security
and anti-fraud modules.
o Developing a sophisticated wealth management portal.
o Creating their account opening application.
o Providing on-going maintenance and support.

• WHO: Mobidram is Armenia’s first and only mobile ePayment system. Mobidram is a
independent division of MTS. It was built originally for the Armenian market but MTS is
looking to take it global.
• WHAT: We’ve developed and continue to develop the entirety of Mobidram’s core
technology from scratch. This includes:
o Creating a world-class mobile ePayment system that includes mobile bill payments,
utility payments, bank transfers, and foreign remittances.
o We are now baking Near Field Communication (NFC) into native apps within the
platform, which will radically transform the ways bills are paid and products are
purchased in Armenia and other developing markets. By Q1 2016 the system will
be technologically competitive with Apple Pay and Android Pay.
• HOW LONG: We’ve worked as Mobidram’s strategic partner for over 4 years.

• WHO: MTS one of the world’s largest telcos and the #1 telco in Armenia.
• WHAT: We’ve developed Web-, desktop-, mobile-, and server-based projects for MTS
including:
o Creating their entire payment gateway for managing client payments, including the
front-end and back-end from scratch. It is a massively robust, enterprise-grade
payment gateway.
o Baking complex financial reporting and analytics into the payment gateway.
o Developing their website.
o Developing their B2B SMS marketing platform.

HealthAdvocate including:

• WHO: Wall Street Tycoon
• WHAT: This was a mobile macro-economic simulator game.
o The game modelled a variety of macro-economic conditions and challenged players
to improve their investment skill in light of such varying realities.
o While the company is now out of business and the game out of circulation, it was a
seriously robust macro-economic simulator.

• WHO: MapMyFitness
• WHAT: We helped develop the original Android version of this highly successful fitness
training and tracking app.
o This robust app has become a market leader in the highly competitive fitness app
space.
o It was so successful it was bought out by UnderArmour.

• WHO: Jeltee - a radically new mobile dating app
• WHAT: We helped conceive, architect and develop a radical improvement on the
successful Tinder model.
o The app has profitability baked-in from Day One.
o The app is far stickier than Tinder as it promotes actual face-to-face meetings.
o It has launched in Dubai to huge acclaim and is now looking to expand globally.
• HOW LONG: Jeltee came to us with a working concept and we totally revised
everything about their business from the business model to the app itself. They are
thrilled.

• WHO: PingBing
• WHAT: Launching in Q4/2015, this is a radically, highly-localised, location-based social
network that will change the way people in near vicinity to each other interact.
o Combining geolocation technology and a social network, PingBing transforms how
people invite each other to events from neighbourhood pick-up basketball games,
toddlers’ play groups, and even political rallies.
• HOW LONG: The app is ready in Windows Phone and now is being developed in
Android and iOS.

• WHO: Mobiz
• WHAT: Launching in Q4/2015, this Icelandic start-up is going to transform the way
users interact with MS Dynamics by simplifying and taking mobile the most frequently
used parts of the ERP system.
o The client came to us with a huge ask - to give him the best developers on the
planet to work on technologies so advanced that almost no one was using yet, in
order to build highly-secure, yet highly useful mobile apps for MS Dynamics.
• HOW LONG: After 5 short months the client is thrilled, we’ve met his extremely
ambitious timelines, and the apps are ready for launch.
