LMS’s What has been gained Trainings taken anytime, anywhere Review of Trainings quickly, easily No need for Instructor time No need for travel Automatic grading Automatic administration and record keeping Ability for better visuals and therefore some materials learned better etc 3
LMS’s What has been Lost Instructor to Student Interactions Student to Student Interaction Student to SME (Subject Matter Expert) Interactions Multiple styles of Presentation to get message across (Let me explain that differently) Instant reviews of areas that were not quickly grasped 4
