condition of your skin.
Type Of Skin
DRY SKIN: It must be hydrated regularly from inside with fresh
water & outside with rich moisturized lotion.
NORMAL SKIN: It looks consistently plum, most and
vibrant. It benefits from regular cleansing, toning & moisturizing.
OILY SKIN: It has a greasy slippery texture and its prone to
develop Acne. Oily skin benefits from periodic herbal steam
treatment and clay masks.
SENSITIVE SKIN: This skin type is prone to react
adversely to cosmetics containing alcohol , oil type ingredients,
fragrance oil, & artificial colors. It benefits from natural, gentle skin
care products and treatments.

10. Tips for taking care of your skin
Remember to feed and nourish
your skin with proper foods.
Keep your face clean and away from
germs.
To prevent all types skin issues…
get serious about stress reduction.
Use a good sunscreen lotion that
helps prevent the pollutant from
being absorbed to the skin.
Drink a lot of water.

certain areas of my face are dry and other
parts are oily. On most days, my skin will
probably feel normal or dry.
On most of my face the oily part will be
concentrated in the T-zone, the area across
my forehead and down my nose and chin.
These areas are prone to having acne
