• Find a place that feels good to you

• Do yoga

7. Pay Attention to the Sounds and
Smells of Morning#
• Use your ears
• Listen – wind, waves, birds, and bugs

• Get out on the water – use a canoe,
kayak, any flotation device you like - just
make sure it has no motor.
