1 Social Graph Platform & Services

SIWOW’s accurate semantical ‘write-once, connect-to-all’ technology unifies and
manages all the top social APIs and protocols, including Facebook for Websites, Sign in
With Twitter, Y!OS, LinkedIn, Windows Live ID, MySpace and more. But connecting is
just the beginning. We provide a complete suite of tools and features enabling site
visitors to use their social identities to interact with your site and share semantical
segmental content with their network of friends. We also provide analytics and support to
continually enhance your site’s social performance, developing deeper relationships with
your users and driving high-quality referral traffic.

SIWOW’s Path to Social Graph for Online Business
1.1 Connect

Social optimization begins with a strong connection. And no one connects you to the
social web - and keeps you connected - as seamlessly and easily as SIWOW. The
SIWOW platform is a simple way to connect your online business to all the major social
networks. Features include:

1.1.1 Unified Social Graph API

SIWOW’s accurate semantical ‘write-once, connect-to-all’ platform provides maximum
connectivity with minimum demand on your development resources. Our Social Graph
API is OAuth2.0 compliant and fully standards-based linked of data (Semantic Web
Ontologies), making it easier than ever to connect your site to all the major social sites
and protocols.

1.1.2 Automatic Updates

As social platforms continually offer new or enhanced APIs, SIWOW automatically
monitors and updates our SaaS platform, making them immediately available to you, with
no work necessary on your end. Your implementation is always backwards compatible.

1.1.3 Choice of Development Environment

Only SIWOW offers REST, JavaScript, Flash (AS), PHP, and C# development options.
SIWOW’s social technology is the only solution native and exclusive to the Adobe Flash
Platform. SIWOW is also available as a plug-in for Wordpress and Drupal.

1.1.4 Cloud Architecture

SIWOW’s SaaS (Software as a Service) model provides optimal and secure social
connectivity with minimal investment, and the ability to adjust capacity to instantly meet
your changing needs.
1.2 Social Sign-on

SIWOW optimizes the registration and sign-in process for both users and site owners,
removing all barriers to connecting. SIWOW’s solution increases conversion by offering
the greatest number of identity options for your site and your users, including:

1.2.1 Single Sign-on & Registration

Adding Facebook for Websites is a great start; however, participation doubles when
users who don’t connect with Facebook are given other options. SIWOW offers the most
options for users to connect using established identities from any major platform,
including Twitter, Yahoo!, LinkedIn, AOL and Google. On average, SIWOW client see a
25% increase in registrations.

1.2.2 Account Linking

With SIWOW’s registration solution, your existing registered users can choose to link
their accounts to one or more social networks accounts. SIWOW’s solution integrates
your own system with the social networks so you and your users don’t have to start from
scratch.

1.2.3 Enriching Profile Data

When users choose to connect using a social network identity, your site can access and
apply rich profile data, streamlining the registration process and increasing conversions.
Additionally, email addresses are pre-validated by the identity provider, enabling sites to
focus on welcoming visitors and highlighting key features, rather than the email
confirmation process.

1.2.4 Standardized Data (Linked of Data)

Field structure and nomenclature for user data isn’t standard across social APIs, so
SIWOW standardizes it for you. This makes it easy for site owners to access and apply
user data in a uniform fashion.
1.3 Share

SIWOW makes sharing easier than ever before, increasing your users’ activity and your
site’s productivity. Our ‘dynamic’ approach - prompting users to share content and activity
at the right moments - gets your content into the top social feeds, driving high-quality
referral traffic. And our Share plugin gives you a plug-and-play way for your users to
easily share content and activity to Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo, LinkedIn, Windows Live
Messenger and MySpace.

1.3.1 One-click sharing

Users never have to leave your site. Set auto sharing options for optimum usability.

1.3.2 Multiple networks

Allow simultaneous sharing to multiple networks, or give users the option to email a
friend or bookmark a page.

1.3.3 More options

Option to use an API to create your own UI, or use SIWOW’s Share plugin.

1.3.4 Optimize Performance

Message content controls let you determine copy and imagery for each message. Default
to Facebook sharing and increase site participation.

1.3.5 Action-based triggers

Simply tag any action on your site, such as voting, commenting or buying to prompt users
to share.
1.3.6 Automatic link shortening

Automatic link shortening supports referral traffic analytics and ensures that shared posts
meet character limits for each social site.
1.4 Social Plugins

With SIWOW’s community plugins any website can easily add features that bring friends
into the mix, driving greater levels of interaction and pulling people deeper into the e-
commerce process.

personalized recommendations whether or not the user has logged into your site. To
generate the recommendations, the plugin considers all the social interactions with URLs
from your site. For a logged in social media user, the plugin will give preference to and
highlight objects her friends have interacted with.

1.4.5 Activity Button

The Activity button lets a user share your content with friends on social media. When the
user clicks the Activity button on your site, a story appears in the user's friends' News
Feed with a link back to your website.
When your Web page represents a real-world entity, things like movies, sports teams,
celebrities, and restaurants, use the Social Graph protocol to specify information about
the entity. Activity Button already have you including the Social Graph tags on your Web
page, your page becomes equivalent to a social media page. This means when a user
clicks a Activity button on your page, a connection is made between your page and the
user. Your page will appear in the "Likes(Activities) and Interests" section of the user's
profile, and you have the ability to publish updates to the user. Your page will show up in
same places that social media pages show up around the site (e.g. search), and you can
target ads to people who like your content.

2.1 Dashboard

Diving into social media monitoring, listening, and engagement begins with the finding
very best platform to suit your needs.

The SIWOW dashboard is a flexible, web-based social media monitoring and
engagement platform that lets you view relevant conversations happening around your
brand and products in real time. We aggregate those conversations – saving you lots of
legwork – and put them into visuals that make analysis and measurement meaningful
and actionable.

Quickly create a profile using the Quickstart tool. Enter your keywords, select analysis
widgets from the extensive gallery, and get started listening in just minutes.

And when you’re ready to engage based on what you learn, we’ve got you covered. Use
the SIWOW Engagement Console to do front-line interaction and put social media
insights on every desk in your company. Assign, route, and tag posts, and respond to
posts from your desktop. Tie all of that activity right back to your SIWOW dashboard to
analyze and report on the impact of your work.

The SIWOW social media monitoring dashboard is built to help you bring social media
intelligence inside your business.

Integrating the use of social media channels into your organization starts with listening.
To define how and where you should be responding, you need to know how and where
people are talking about you. The sheer volume of social media data can be hard to
manage, though, without a proper platform to find and engage discussions that matter
most to you. With SIWOW, you’ll be poised to absorb and act on the most relevant
information people are sharing about your brand, products, competitors, and industry.

The SIWOW dashboard is a complete social media monitoring, engagement, and
workflow management platform created to help you aggregate and analyze the
comments people are making about your brand and products on the web. View trends
and dig deeper into specific posts to get a pulse on how your company is faring online.
2.2 Engagement Console

The SIWOW Engagement Console is the solution to scaling social media engagement
across your organization. This desktop application helps your company listen, engage,
and coordinate your outreach across teams and departments. It’s time to put the social
phone on every desktop in the company. The Engagement Console:

   • Is a complete real-time social web client (yep, more than Twitter)
   • Helps you coordinate team social media engagement across the enterprise
   • Shows SIWOW topic profiles right alongside your personal or corporate Twitter
       and Facebook streams
   • Lets you set one-click workflow for frequently used post routing, assignment, and
       classification
   • Feeds data to your SIWOW dashboard for reporting and analysis

Customers are talking about your business. With SIWOW’s Engagement Console, you
will know what they are saying and have the ability to join the conversation as it happens,
where it’s happening.

The SIWOW Engagement Console gives your company the ability to work collaboratively
across departments to meet the needs of your customers. Your team will now have the
power to coordinate responses, share information, and stay connected.

Your customer service team can answer questions and inquiries while sharing this
information with your sales staff or product development team. The Engagement Console
helps your staff monitor social media conversations and allows them to work together to
ensure that customers receive not just a response, but the right response, each and
every time.

Integrating fully with the SIWOW Dashboard, the Engagement Console allows your team
to generate reports, schedule regular alerts, and send information to team members and
executives using all the power of SIWOW.

The SIWOW Engagement Console allows you to capture conversations from across the
social web and coordinate your social media activities and insights with your team and
stakeholders. The Engagement Console allows you to share what you have learned and
truly bring collaboration to your team’s social media efforts.

We also provide analytics and support to continually enhance your site’s social performance, developing deeper relationships with your users and driving high-quality referral traffic. SIWOW’s Path to Social Graph for Online Business
  • 6. 1.1 Connect Social optimization begins with a strong connection. And no one connects you to the social web - and keeps you connected - as seamlessly and easily as SIWOW. The SIWOW platform is a simple way to connect your online business to all the major social networks. Features include: 1.1.1 Unified Social Graph API SIWOW’s accurate semantical ‘write-once, connect-to-all’ platform provides maximum connectivity with minimum demand on your development resources. Our Social Graph API is OAuth2.0 compliant and fully standards-based linked of data (Semantic Web Ontologies), making it easier than ever to connect your site to all the major social sites and protocols. 1.1.2 Automatic Updates As social platforms continually offer new or enhanced APIs, SIWOW automatically monitors and updates our SaaS platform, making them immediately available to you, with no work necessary on your end. Your implementation is always backwards compatible. 1.1.3 Choice of Development Environment Only SIWOW offers REST, JavaScript, Flash (AS), PHP, and C# development options. SIWOW’s social technology is the only solution native and exclusive to the Adobe Flash Platform. SIWOW is also available as a plug-in for Wordpress and Drupal. 1.1.4 Cloud Architecture SIWOW’s SaaS (Software as a Service) model provides optimal and secure social connectivity with minimal investment, and the ability to adjust capacity to instantly meet your changing needs.
  • 7. 1.2 Social Sign-on SIWOW optimizes the registration and sign-in process for both users and site owners, removing all barriers to connecting. SIWOW’s solution increases conversion by offering the greatest number of identity options for your site and your users, including: 1.2.1 Single Sign-on & Registration Adding Facebook for Websites is a great start; however, participation doubles when users who don’t connect with Facebook are given other options. On average, SIWOW client see a 25% increase in registrations. 1.2.2 Account Linking With SIWOW’s registration solution, your existing registered users can choose to link their accounts to one or more social networks accounts. SIWOW’s solution integrates your own system with the social networks so you and your users don’t have to start from scratch. 1.2.3 Enriching Profile Data When users choose to connect using a social network identity, your site can access and apply rich profile data, streamlining the registration process and increasing conversions. Additionally, email addresses are pre-validated by the identity provider, enabling sites to focus on welcoming visitors and highlighting key features, rather than the email confirmation process. 1.2.4 Standardized Data (Linked of Data) Field structure and nomenclature for user data isn’t standard across social APIs, so SIWOW standardizes it for you. This makes it easy for site owners to access and apply
  • 8. user data in a uniform fashion.
