2. LOCATIONS
PRODUCTION:
• York College: annual ticket already bought, 22 miles (40 mins), no potential weather
issues unless it prevents people from visiting college grounds.
• Home: No distance issues, no cost issues, no weather issues.
PHOTOSHOOTS:
• Leeds City Centre: bus ticket £4.70, 16 miles (40 mins), potential weather issues
• France: not visiting, potential weather issues for friend.
4. FACILITIES
• All the design work will be done in class and at home using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe
Illustrator, Adobe Bridge and Adobe Lightroom.
• All the photoshoots needed for this project will be done outside of college – my own
photoshoots will be taken around Leeds City Centre and the rest will be taken by my
friend, Abdelaziz, in France using a photographer he knows.
• No other facilities will be needed for this project.
5. PERSONNEL
• I have asked several people if they would be comfortable taking pictures in (and
potentially buying) the clothes I’m designing, and one or two have agreed to do it.
• Abdelaziz will be taken most of the pictures as he’s also interested in designing
clothing apparel and helping this project.
• None of these people need me to pay any notable transport or food.
6. PROPS/COSTUME/ETC.
• The only thing that could be considered a “costume” is the clothes I am currently
designing within the next week.
• They will be finished and emailed to Picture The Print, based in Leeds, and I will be
using their own stock as well as delivering some items of blank clothing myself.
• Once these clothes are ready, I will be keeping some to use with people who live
locally and shipping the rest to Abdelaziz in France for him to use. Originally, I was
planning to give him the money to print the clothes himself, but none of the screen-
printed companies near him had any hoodies without drawstring (a notable part of my
designs), so I decided to just ship him the clothes for about £12.
13. PRODUCTION GROUP INFO
• This is essentially an individual project, so all the designing is done by me.
• Originally, I was planning on printing several hoodies to send several people, but
since I can’t afford that I’ve decided to print a few clothes for Abdelaziz and keeping a
hoodie for my own shoots here.
14. LOCATIONS
• College – main production
• Home – additional production
• Leeds City Centre – photoshoots
• France – friend’s photoshoots
15. LOCATION INFORMATION
• Graphic design work will be done both at college and home.
• The photoshoots I plan on taking with a friend will be done in Leeds City Centre.
• I have shipped a parcel with a hoodie, sweatshirt and t-shirt concept to my friend in
France so he can do photoshoots around France.

Notas do Editor
You need to identify locations and plan a recce.
What are the limitations and risks, eg distance, access, cost, weather? How will you manage this?
What do you need? E.g. equipment, resources? Mostly from college, but who do you need to speak to get this kit? What is available? When?
Look at equipment hire places, etc
Where will you edit your video? Do you need any other specialist facilities…?
CREW: What is you team? Who is in it? What are each team members strengths/weaknesses? When are they available?
CAST: Do you need any external performers? When are they available? Cost implications? Will you have to feed them? Transport them?
Other personnel? Is anyone else helping you?
