Stacy,
I know this reply is late in coming, but I just wanted to thank you for following
up and issuing the credit even though the form was not received until after we
had checked out. This is very much appreciated, and I always enjoy my stays
at Marriott Marquis (as well as Marriott in general obviously). Thanks again,
and hope the holidays treated you good!
Regards,
Jim Gesek
7. ... Thank you for your card in Japanese from the other day. .. And also, you
have made me very happy. Stacy's Japanese is very good! You have studied very
well. It looks great so far. I'm also trying to study English. New York is a very
great place, isn't it? ...

Stacy,
Thank you for your note of apology for the lack of turndown services at the hotel
during my recent stay. As a Platinum member, my corner room was delightful
and I enjoyed a nice weekend visit despite the hiccups of service. I may ask for
your assistance on my next trip to NYC if staying at your hotel. Thank you again
for your note. Take care,

11. Stacy was "thoughtful and caring .. and
made my night." Stacy noticed that the
guest had a bad cough when checking in
and sent her up some tea, cough drops,
and a personal, thoughtful note. After
getting back from dinner, Ms. Garcia
saw the amenity and was truly touched.
She is a gold member and wanted to
recognize Stacy's great service.
Thank you Stacy for doing what you do
best ... connecting with the guest!!
12. Thank you for the letter!! I was so happy to see To study Japanese, you should watch
a letter in Japanese because it is very hard! movies!
^o^! Is your job hard?

I would like to share with you how wonderful my experience with Stacy
was. I called the hotel twice because of my late arrival and the need for
directions. Both times Stacy answered the phone, was very polite and
pleasant and answered all my questions and eased my concerns. It was
the 31st [of December] and still she took her time to help me. She
checked me in, she calmed me down, she brought me to a level that I was
able to enjoy the day. She even had someone show me to my room
because it was already kind of late. Stacy reassured me why I stay at
Marriott. My deepest thanks to Stacy for taking care of me!
