WeDo Technologies’ Worldwide
User Group Conference
20th-22nd May 2013 | Braga, Portugal
2. 2 WeDo Technologies' Worldwide User Group 2013
At the eighth edition of WeDo Technologies’ Worldwide User
Group we launched RAID 7 Telecom, a proven software that
allows Communication Service Providers (CSP) to monitor
end-to-end business processes with minimal involvement of IT.
In 2013, the WeDo Technologies’ Worldwide User Group had
a dedicated microsite with the conference history, previous
editions and all the important information for the upcoming
event. Delegates could also register directly online and sign up
to receive information on the event as they became available.
Besides the usual pre-event workshop session by Praesidium,
the conference also had a TM Forum program held by its
Business Assurance Director, Steve Cotton.
What was new in 2013?
There were three more telecom operator speakers at this year’s
event bringing the total to 22. This included keynote speakers
and other sessions. The goal to keep the conference focused
on having a community of users around the hot topics of the
industry was achieved, as most of the agenda was made by
our customers.
A new panel discussion held by three renowned consultancy
companies (Capgemini, Ernst&Young, KPMG) moderated by
Eric Priezkalns, popular blogger at TalkRA.com.
