    Our ten-step recruiting process is an ISO-9002 derivative quality model. To assure only
    the highest level of quality, our recruiters adhere to strict policies and procedures
    following our unique recruiting methodology. All candidates are required to pass our
    rigorous screening process prior to client submission. Once a resource has been
    selected, they must successfully pass background checks and a 10-panel drug screen
    prior to their first day of employment.

    attrition from our employees. Our new hire orientations, on-Boarding processes,
    communication programs, and on-going employee care programs have allowed us to
    experience an extremely low attrition rate which is HALF the industry average.
