I have drawn the basic principles from over 15 years of medical practice, Yoga and Buddhism. Furthermore, by incorporating the basic tenets of evolutionary biology I have tried to put things into perspective so that it does not become another scientific fad i.e. difficult to get the grips and tedious to follow.
