Description : Performing Concept Design& Development activities for
various components in Rear Floor Assembly of Automotive BIW.
Responsibilities :
• Feasbility study of the input and client requirements.
• Generating the given inactive solid into parametric body.
• Adding suitable close Out Panel for the rear compartment panel.
• Splitting the Stamp & Extrusion parts of the lower and upper Cross member Rear floor.
• Developing the cating parts and adding the ribs.
• Modelling and developing the Rear floor and creating the emboosings.
• Modifying the lower and upper Cross member into smoothing at sharp edges.
• Modelling the Crush Can between Bumper Beam and Rear End Panel.
• Making closeout brackets in the hollow sections that joins Rail, Floor and Cross.
• Checking the Draft analysis for finished parts of BIW.
